What this is and isn’t
- Paper trading. No real money is at risk. Alpaca paper accounts simulate live order routing with the same fee model and minimums; results reflect what would have happened on a live account of the same size.
- Out-of-sample. The strategy parameters were locked from a 90-day backtest ending 2026-04-15. No re-optimization since. The numbers above are forward-test results on data the strategy never saw during tuning.
- Equity tiers chosen deliberately. $10K = the modal target customer; $25K = the founder-fee break-even point per the corrected unit economics. Other equities will scale roughly linearly until basket-allocation effects dominate.
- Past performance does not predict future returns. Algorithmic trading carries risk; you can lose money. Methodology PDF + walk-forward design notes publish 2026-05-29.
